Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using the services of Crystalline Maintenance Inc. (“Crystalline Maintenance,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years of age. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Crystalline Maintenance Inc. provides exterior property maintenance services in the Lower Mainland, BC area, including but not limited to:
- Moss removal and moss treatment
- Gutter cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Siding soft washing
- Pressure washing
Text Messaging and SMS Program
SMS program. Crystalline Maintenance Inc. may send non-marketing SMS about your quote request, scheduling, reminders, and service updates if you opt in with express consent. Messaging use cases include quote follow-ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, service updates, and customer support. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program. You must be 18 or older. Consent is not required to submit our quote form or purchase services.
Opt-in. Opt in on our quote form at https://crystallinemaintenance.ca/booking by checking the optional, unchecked, non-marketing SMS consent box and submitting the form. The form includes STOP and HELP instructions and links to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service below the submit button. You may also opt in by documented verbal consent on a call, in person, or by texting 778-653-7131 (we confirm opt-in before recurring messages).
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out or reply STOP to cancel (one confirmation message may follow). Text HELP for help or reply HELP at 778-653-7131 or info@crystallinemaintenance.ca. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment.
- Final pricing may vary if actual conditions differ from those described or observed during the initial assessment.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes or additional services are requested.
Scheduling and Cancellation
- Service appointments are scheduled based on mutual agreement and availability.
- We request as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Weather conditions may affect service scheduling. We will work with you to reschedule if weather prevents safe completion of work.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
- You agree to provide reasonable access to work areas, including gates, driveways, and clearance around windows, gutters, and rooflines.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept various payment methods as agreed at the time of booking.
- For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
- Outstanding balances may be subject to collection procedures and associated fees permitted by law.
Customer Responsibilities
As our customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property and service needs
- Ensure safe access to the work area
- Secure pets and notify us of hazards or sensitive areas
- Inform us of any known structural issues or materials in poor condition
- Ensure water and electrical access is available when required
Insurance and Liability
- Crystalline Maintenance Inc. is insured for general liability and WorkSafe BC coverage.
- We take every precaution to prevent damage; however, some surfaces may have pre-existing conditions that become apparent only after cleaning.
- We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or materials in poor condition.
- Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work and strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will work with you to address any concerns. We may offer to re-perform affected work or provide other remedies at our discretion.

- You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
